Escape to our spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villa in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The home features a large pool room with a modern 8-foot pool table, a cozy living area with a 65” Smart TV and elliptical machine, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The backyard is perfect for outdoor dining, complete with a BBQ and space for 8-12 guests. The master bedroom includes an oversized walk-in closet. This villa offers comfort and entertainment for a memorable vacation!
The entire house is equipped with smart lighting and air conditioning, all controlled by Google voice commands. To make your stay even more comfortable, you can control the environment simply by speaking. For example, you can say: “OK, Google, turn on the lights,” or “OK, Google, turn on AC to cool.” Feel free to explore other commands to adjust the temperature, lighting. This smart home system is designed to make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
House Rules & Policies
To ensure you have a pleasant and safe stay, we have outlined a few simple house rules. Please carefully review them and confirm your agreement by sending “We have read and agree to the house rules” before booking. Once check-in is completed, we do not offer refunds for any reason
1. Wildlife: Although encounters are rare, you may come across various types of wildlife during your stay, including but not limited to coyotes, deer, squirrels, earwigs, mice, chipmunks, yellow jackets, carpenter ants, spiders, and flies. Wildlife may be encountered at any time. No refunds or discounts will be provided for wildlife encounters.
2. Treat the house like your own: We kindly ask that you treat our property with care, as you would your own home. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay. If any items are damaged or stains cannot be removed, you will be charged the repair or replacement cost. Please also ensure that trash is sorted into the appropriate garbage, organic waste, and recycling bins.
3. No pets allowed: A fee of $500 will be charged for unauthorized pets.
4. Occupancy limits: The maximum occupancy is specified in the listing. These limits are in place to ensure the safety of all guests and compliance with local laws. Exceeding the registered number of guests or the maximum occupancy stated is illegal and constitutes fraud (under Penal Code 537). If you need to change the number of guests, please inform us in advance. Unreported additional guests will incur a fee of $50 per person per night. If violated, the police will be contacted, and your occupancy license may be revoked. No refunds will be provided unless we are able to re-rent the property for the duration of your booking.
5. No parties or loud gatherings: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, events, or loud music are not permitted. Noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Should any violation occur, the police will be notified, and your reservation may be canceled without a refund. We uphold responsible rental practices and may require a security deposit or request guest identification to prevent property damage. This property is equipped with NoiseAware technology, which monitors noise levels to ensure a comfortable environment without intruding on your privacy.
6. No smoking, no exceptions: This includes cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, e-cigarettes, and all other smoking products. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the property. A fee of $500 will be charged if cigarette butts, other smoking waste, or smoke odors are found.
7. Maintenance issues: Please report any maintenance, cleanliness, or safety concerns within 24 hours of check-in. After this period, we will not be responsible for any maintenance-related damages, and no refunds will be issued. We will address any reported issues as soon as possible and may enter the property, with your consent, to perform necessary repairs. No refunds will be given for problems caused by the age or structure of the home.
8. Disclaimer: This is a shared home, not a hotel. We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings, including items left behind. Please do not leave valuables unattended.
9. Quiet hours: From 10 PM to 8 AM, please observe quiet hours. No visitors or loud music is permitted during these times. Failure to comply may result in police involvement and potential fines (this has happened before, a true story).
10. Checkout procedures: Before leaving, please remove all trash (dumpsters are located in three areas of the parking lot/yard), load and run the dishwasher, return any moved furniture to its original position, set the heaters to a low setting, turn off all lights, close and lock all windows and doors, and follow the key return instructions. Please do not dispose of trash on neighboring properties.
