Spacious Beach Retreat with Boat Ramp Access
Escape to our spacious beach home, just a short stroll or drive from the sandy shores and the convenience of a boat ramp right at your doorstep. Unwind in our comfortable furnishings, perfect for family gatherings and creating unforgettable memories. A kids' park is just a 10-minute walk away. Please note that we require guests to be 21+ to book. Ample parking for 6 vehicles. Let us know if you're bringing a boat.
The Space:
Embrace the coastal lifestyle in this spacious four-story home, offering breathtaking views and ample space for the whole family. Upon entering, you'll find a convenient laundry area on the ground level.
The heart of the home lies on the second floor, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining area, and inviting living room. Two bedrooms (queen beds) and a full bathroom complete this level.
Venture to the third floor and discover two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, along with a shared full bathroom.
Unwind in the fourth-floor retreat, featuring four cozy single beds, a delightful play area for the little ones, a convenient half bath, and a tranquil office space.
For families with young children, we provide a baby gate for the ground to second-floor staircase. Beach towels and toys are also available for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Located on Anastasia Island, two miles south of St. Augustine Beach, the Butler Beach neighborhood offers a quiet beach life for those that plan to stay put, but just a short drive to historic Saint Augustine's restaurants, bars and other fun activities.
Butler Beach's expansive shoreline and beautiful location on scenic A1A makes it a popular beach destination for visitors and locals alike.
Butler Beach, Florida is steeped in African-American history. The beach is named in honor of Frank B. Butler, a local black businessman who played an important role in the civil rights movement in St. Augustine, acting as host to Martin Luther King Jr. when he made his widely publicized visit to St. Augustine in 1964.
Getting Around:
There is parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. The beach is a 12-15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive to public parking.

*Before booking please review the bedrooms and understand the first floor upon entry is the laundry, there are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the first floor.
**An attached 2 bedroom apartment that is also listed is located at the side of the home. It has own private entrance and reserved parking, separate from this listing
