Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with bar. 2 sep. WC's. Electric heating. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Access to the rooms is via the terrace. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
