Summary:
On a large tropical lot, this two-story, three bedroom, immaculate home boasts brand new furniture and furnishings, and a gorgeous screened pool. Brand new kitchen with granite and European cabinets. Just a short stroll to the Gulf of Mexico and the community fishing pier, from which to watch the sunsets.

Hardwood floors with terra-cotta tiles, together with an abundance of windows and a high vaulted ceiling create a bright, sun-drenched great room on the second floor. Features every amenity.

The Space:
If you are looking for a quiet getaway in an uncrowded super friendly safe neighborhood near some of Florida's most beautiful beaches, you just found a true needle in a haystack.

On a large tropical lot, this two-story, air-conditioned, stylish, bright immaculate home boasts brand new furniture and furnishings, and a gorgeous screened pool. Brand new kitchen with granite and European cabinets. Just a short stroll to the Gulf of Mexico and the community fishing pier, from which to watch the wonderful sunsets.

The house features a lush tropical garden and the fabulous screened free-form pool with a waterfall that sounds like a babbling brook in the woods.

Hardwood floors with terracotta tiles, together with an abundance of windows and a high vaulted ceiling create a bright, sun-drenched great room on the second floor. It is furnished in a modern, uncluttered European style. The great room has TV & hi-fi, and leads out onto the upper floor deck amongst the treetops, which has grill/BBQ, chairs and a table. Wireless internet service is also included.

On the first floor there is a large comfortable family room with Digital Cable TV, DVD/VHS and plenty of space, leading out through french doors to the patio and pool.

The kitchen is brand new, with granite countertops and European cabinets. All stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, and large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. You will find everything you need should you want to cook - full range of pans, utensils; also provided are microwave, toaster, coffee maker and electric plug-in kettle.

There are three bedrooms, two are upstairs, one of which has a king bed, the other has two twins. The third bedroom is on the lower floor and has two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms; one has a full-size tub with overhead shower, the other has a large shower cubicle. (There is also an outside shower for use when returning from the beach).

Crystal Beach is a wonderful safe community with friendly neighbors and a timeless charm. Its beaches and community fishing pier and park are just a 5-minute stroll away. At sunset it is traditional for the residents of Crystal Beach to drift towards the fishing pier and watch the sun go down together with a glass of wine.

Innisbrook PGA Championship golf course is just 5 minutes from the door.

The beautiful beaches of Honeymoon and Caladesi islands are a 10-minute drive away. Just one minute from the Pinellas Trail, you can enjoy biking, rollerblading, jogging or simply strolling every day. Or, if you prefer, relax in your own backyard by the screened pool or on the upper level wooden deck. Dunedin and Tarpon Springs are adorable charming towns with many restaurants for true foodies.

Loads of space to relax or play - every comfort has been provided in this individual home for you to enjoy your vacation at any time of year.

The place was clean and comfortable. Poor rating due to lack of communication with the Manager/hostess, no idea which because no one ever contacted me. No info given till I called vrbo to ask for a code to get in. Then I was sent welcome info explaining that there will be no supplies once there. No toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee, spices, nothing that is necessary to cook with that most rentals do supply and would have been nice to know in advance. Also the pool waterfall was broke as was the under water light for the entire trip. Sprinkler system came on at 3am one day and stayed on for over 24 hrs. Many calls made that went unanswered to the provided number to the manager/hostess. Again had to call vrbo customer service to voice concerns when manager never responded. Vrbo customer service would address but because they had owners number to call. I did not. Never did. So it was beyond frustrating to have issues that needed attention, never fixed except the sprinklers went off at 5am the next morning. No idea how or why.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was tolerable but not much time in the pool due to spider infestation. Dishwasher doesn't work properly. Yard unkept with trash from previous family and very minimal basic utensils and towels. We had to buy washcloths and dish rags as none were provided. Towels were still in the dryer and we had to fold and out away our first day.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Decent experience. Definitely could have heightened the experience by having more toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. You cannot expect people to keep the air-conditioning at 76 in FL during the summer. That is ridiculous. Nice pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house, Very clean and just as described. Very close to the beach. Close to quite a few nice restaurants.

Great place, safe and quiet neighborhood but I would not stay here in the summer. We stayed in February and this place was perfect with the cool nights but AC is not to be set below 76 and second floor would get a bit warm at that setting. Thankfully, downstairs stayed cool. My friend has some health concerns and she would not have been able to tolerate the heat in the house during the summer. Curtains or blinds on the upstairs living rooms windows would definitely help.

The second floor deck is missing some spindles. Could be a problem for toddlers. The pool pump needs attention. Had to backwash several times to make the water circulate.

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean. Neighborhood is very quiet and nice. I wish the pool had a heater. It was hard with the A/C being capped at 76. The outside temps were swinging from 80's to 60's/50's at night and meant the A/C wouldn't run. This made it humid and really warm inside especially at night which made sleeping pretty rough. Overall though the property was nice and as described.
