The property is approximately a 1- hour and 30-minute drive from Sydney's CBD.
Avoca Beach is a picturesque beachside suburb famous for being a popular holiday and tourist spot. Situated along the iconic Central Coast - the town which boasts an iconic beach and lake popular with swimmers and kayakers alike. Neighbouring the popular Terrigal, the town offers a bustling shopping strip complete with local beachside cafes and bars. Nestled among the beautiful hillsides, Avoca Beach is a pristine oceanside destination perfect for summers by the beach.

All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees.
A bond (security deposit) will be required in the form of a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and an online check in form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This involves providing photo ID and a credit card. The online check in form will be sent once the booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the bond amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties).
For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
