Large south-facing balcony. Magnificent view of the Church of TIGNES Les BREVIERES, in the centre of the village and 50 metres from the start of the ski lifts.
Chalet LA SACHETTE is composed as follows:
Level 1:
- Entrance hall and Ski Room for taking off your shoes (bootless chalet), with boot-drying radiators, ski racks, benches and shelves for storing helmets and gloves.
- Bedroom 1: SOUTH facing, 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed, storage cupboard, large desk, carpeted floor.
- Bedroom 2: facing SOUTH, children's bedroom, 2 x 2 bunk beds (+ 2 BB beds), carpeted floor.
- Shower room with vanity unit, shower, WC and private sauna for 2 people.
Level 2:
- Bedroom 3, PARENTAL SUITE, facing EAST, double bed, 2 reading lights, wall-mounted TV, WIFI repeater, alcove with walk-in shower, alcove with vanity unit and mirror. Separate WC. Carpeted floor.
- Bedroom 4, PARENTAL SUITE, facing EAST and SOUTH, double bed, 2 reading lights, wall-mounted TV, WIFI repeater, alcove with walk-in shower, alcove with vanity unit and mirror. Separate WC. Carpeted floor.
- Bedroom 5, MASTER PARENTAL SUITE, SOUTH and WEST facing, exit to outside balcony. Double bed, 2 reading lights, wall-mounted TV, WIFI repeater, storage cupboard, chest of drawers, separate shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit, mirror, WC. Carpeted floor.
- Bedroom 6, PARENTAL SUITE, WEST facing. Double bed, 2 reading lights, wall-mounted TV, WIFI repeater, separate shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit, mirror, WC. Carpeted floor.

- LIVING ROOM under the ROOF
South-facing, 2 French windows opening onto south-facing balcony.
2 lounge sofas, coffee table, 2 armchairs, 1 large antique-style sideboard, wooden parquet flooring, roof-lighting spots.
- DINING ROOM
SOUTH and WEST facing, dining table, 10 chairs, chandelier over the table, antique clock, traditional storage sideboard.
- FITTED KITCHEN opening onto the living room:
WEST facing, with table - island and high chairs, 4 suspended spotlights. Tailor-made kitchen unit with storage space, induction hob and extractor hood, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment.
- Separate storage cupboard.

Chalet LA SACHETTE - a historic chalet built in 1893 - was completely renovated in 2022.
Located in the centre of TIGNES Les BREVIERES, next to the village church, it offers a spectacular view of this beautiful baroque monument, of village life and of the ski area just 50 metres away.
All village amenities are within easy reach: supermarket, sports shops, ski school, snow-front restaurants, Brevières cable car for access to the TIGNES - VAL d'ISERE ski area.
