Additionally, it's just a short boat ride to popular lakeside eateries and marinas, making it easy to enjoy local dining and amenities on the water.

Spend a day along the shores on the dock or playing games with the whole family in the spacious back yard! The home’s boat house itself comes fully stocked with goodies to help you get out and explore the lake, from kayaks to paddleboards and plenty of life jackets to keep you afloat. If you’re bringing your own boat along, you’ll have a private slip to dock it, making trips on and off the water a literal breeze. Up toward the house, the shaded, wraparound deck is an ideal way to watch the action from afar, staying cool with an afternoon cocktail while you turn the pages of a good book.

Venturing away from the home, you’ll be just a few miles from Mooresville, where you'll find an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Ready to test your sea (or rather, lake!) legs? Guests can rent a boat in the area and dock it at the property's private dock. Wow your guests by booking a scenic dinner cruise at Queens Landing, just a short 20-minute drive away. Golf enthusiasts will want to take advantage of the area’s championship golf courses, featuring challenging fairways and greens set against a stunning backdrop.

You’ll feel immediately welcome the moment you step through the front doors of the home, in open spaces expertly curated with comfortable furnishings and sophisticated décor to maximize relaxation and connection. Sink into plush living room sofa and recliner seating on the lower level while you stream your favorite series or that new movie you’ve been saving on the mounted smart TV. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a twin size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 queen size beds and a twin size bed.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• We have partnered with a boat rental company for you to rent a boat from!
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 6 vehicles.
• Please note that the deck area above the boat house is not currently available for guest use.
• This home does not allow smoking of any kind (Tabaco, vape, etc).
• This home is equipped with 2 external security cameras. The first is located on the door by the grill and is monitoring the yard/driveway. The second is located on the back deck and is monitoring the lake.
