What makes our condo so popular is that it is one of the best priced beachfront condos in the Puerto Vallarta area and the condo complex attracts a friendly group of international travelers.
This air-conditioned suit features 2 bedroom.one with king size bed, and the Wth one full bed and one single bed, ,ning-living room, a well-equipped kitchen and two bathroom. a cable TV, Free Wi-Fi. is at 3rd floor, about 30 steps far from pool area, we also have special rates on long term dont hesitate asking

all the pool area: palapa, big terrace long chairs, if you want to use the kitchen next to the pool you are welcome, just need to be reserved at front desk,

the apartment is part of a condominium , and the manager has asked that all our guest, have knologee of the rules so when you arrive, as you know them you will feel already at home :
THE SWIMMING POOL HOURS ARE FROM 10:30 AM TO 10:00 PM.
THERE WILL BE NO LOUD MUSIC OR ANY LOUD NOISES ALLOWED THAT MIGHT DISTURB OTHER GUESTS AFTER 11:00 PM.
THERE ARE NO GLASS OBJECTS ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING POOL AREA.
GLASS OBJECTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PALAPA AND KITCHEN AREA.
DO NOT SWIM UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL. NO SWIMMING IS ALLOWED DURING A LIGHTENING STORM
.BEFORE ENTERING THE SWIMMING POOL PLEASE TAKE A SHOWER TO WASH OFF THE SAND AND EXCESS OILS.
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK AS THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
PLEASE USE APPROPIATE SWIMMING ATTIRE. REGULAR CLOTHING IS NOT ALLOWED.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE 12 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT 18 OR OVER AT ALL TIMES.
INDIVIDUALS ASSUME THE RISK FOR ANY INJURIES SUSTAINED WHILE USING THE POOL.
CONDOMINIUM CORAL BEACH IS NOT RESPONSABLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS IN THE SWIMMING AREA.
DO NOT HANG TOWELS OR CLOTHING ON THE RAILINGS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITS.
DO NOT LEAVE TOWELS OR ANY OTHER ITEMS ON THE LOUNGE CHAIRS FOR MORE THEN ONE HOUR. ITEMS LEFT LONGER WILL BE REMOVED AND STORE AT THE FRONT DESK.
PLEASE USE THE TRASH CANS. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GARBAGE IN THE COMMON AREAS.
NO SPEAKERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMON AREAS. MUSIC MUST BE KEEP AT A LEVEL THAT DOES NOT DISTURB OTHER GUESTS.
YOU MUST MAKE A RESERVATION AT THE FRONT DESK PRIOR TO USING THE COMMON AREA KITCHEN:
It is necessary to leave a deposit of 200 pesos, to ensure that the area is returned in good condition and as clean as possible, leaving the garbage deposited in bags and baskets that are located in the area, clean the kitchen counters, , with cloth that you will find at this area, and please return your dishes back to your suite. The refrigerator will run out of food as the maid will remove any forgotten food or drink when she cleans it. No sweeping or mopping required. Once your schedule is over, the deposit will be refunded.
If you use the gas grill please do not leave food in the rack
COMMON AREA KITCHEN HOURS ARE FROM 9:00 AM TO 11:00 PM.
.There will be a $100.00 U.S. Dollars deposit required at check in. This deposit will be returned at check out if no damage has occurred during your stay.
Due to the current situation we are living in, the common areas are restricted and the use of these is only allowed to the people who are installed in the condominium, so visits are not allowed
