Only a short leisurely stroll from the inviting shores of Dogwood-Thyme Street beach access this lavish home has something for every guest.
Bathed in natural light, the home exudes an airy and open ambience, perfect for relaxation. The first floor features a serene guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, accompanied by a charming game room with a wet bar, media area and fun arcade games. The media room seamlessly flows out to the private pool deck, where six lounge chairs and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen set the stage for effortless alfresco dining and delightful happy hours. The private pool can be heated during the winter and features a tranquil water feature.
Ascend to the second floor, where a chef’s dream comes to life in the gourmet kitchen and living room, showcasing top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry and lighting, and generous seating for eighteen at the kitchen island and dining table. Adjacent to the dining area is a delightful chess table, enticing the most competitive Chess Master. This level also boasts a king guest room with a private bathroom and a whimsical bunk room featuring two queen-over-queen bunk beds.
The third floor beckons with an additional sitting area ideal for kids. There are three king guest bedrooms, and a cozy bunk area consisting of two queen-over-queen bunks. Each bedroom is complemented by a sprawling balcony that offers partial Gulf views.
