This multifamily luxury home is designed for maximum comfort with multiple spaces and amenities for adults and kids alike.
This home features 4 bedrooms.
- The first bedroom is the primary with an attached bathroom and balcony - this bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in closet.
- The second bedroom is a guest suite with an attached bathroom and balcony - this bedroom has a queen bed and a closet.
- The third bedroom is a guest suite with an attached bathroom - this bedroom has a queen bed and a closet.
- The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with 3 twin beds for the upper bunk and 3 full beds for the lower bunk.
The lower level features a drop zone with bench and hooks at the main entry, coat closet, access to the garage, a billiards room with a new 7-foot pool table, new billiards accessories, new wine barrel tabletop and stools, and a new sitting chair with side table. Finally, there is a full bath with a bathtub/shower combo and a full-size stacked washer/dryer combo for guest use. The new Plywood fire pit and Adirondack chairs are accessible through the back door on the lower level.
The main level is an open concept with the dining room, kitchen, and living room connected for easy entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with a large walk-in pantry, new appliances including a fast Bosch Induction cooktop, powerful and stylish Kitchen Aid Microwave and Wall Oven, and a Spacious and efficient Kitchen Aid French Door Refrigerator with inside water dispenser and Freezer drawer below with ice maker, new utensils, new dinnerware, basically new everything.
The living room has all new modern furniture and a new 65-inch smart TV. Additionally, the front balcony is accessible from the living room and features an L-shaped patio sofa, two rocking chairs, a coffee table, and a side table. There is a new Weber 3-burner gas grill as well on the front balcony for convenient outdoor grilling. The main level also features a half bath and the primary bedroom/bathroom suite.
The upper-level features bedrooms 2, 3, and 4, along with a kid’s loft equipped with a sofa, sitting chair, crafts table with four chairs, and a 65-inch smart TV. Additionally, we provide new board games for entertainment when the weather isn't quite cooperating. Bedroom 4 (bunk room) has a hall bath with a tub/shower combo and a double sink vanity with lots of storage. Bedroom 4 features an oversize closet with rod and shelf for maximum luggage and clothing storage.
We love Kure Beach and hope you will as well. The private beach access prevents the crowding experienced at the public beaches and makes it easy to keep an eye on the kiddos while enjoying some rest and relaxation with friends and family. The beach is a gentle sloping walk-out for the little ones to enjoy as well. There are lifeguard stations close by with flags displaying the conditions in the water. While our family enjoys surfing and body boarding, we do respect the conditions. Please be aware that the Carolina coast is known for occasional rip tides. It is imperative that all family members understand what these are and how to safely escape them. If you find yourself in a riptide, do not try to swim against it. Instead, swim parallel to the beach until you have escaped the current of the rip tide. If the conditions are too dangerous, the lifeguard stations will fly red flags.
For your beach enjoyment, we provide four beach chairs and a one umbrella. They are in the garage.
You will notice that there are multiple doors on the house that are locked with a keypad. These are owner storage units and are not to be accessed.
While Kure Beach is more of a quiet residential area, you can find more action in nearby Carolina Beach. Please refer to the Guest Book for suggestions.
