This property is a water enthusiast's dream! Bring your kiteboards, kayaks, small boats, and fishing gear; the sound access is just steps away. If the beach is more your vibe, it's just a short walk down private streets to the deeded community beach access.
Dive into fun with a massive private pool, kiddie splash zone, and a sandy playground for the little ones. Chill out in the screened Tiki bar, complete with a bubbly hot tub and built-in picnic spot. Serve up some fun with volleyball, horseshoes, and b-ball courts!
Inside, it's a beach bum's dream! Catch the latest flicks in the media room's home theater, rack 'em up in the game room with a pool table and 5-in-1 game table, or mix up some cocktails at the wet bar. Crash in style with comfy bedrooms, including a handicap-friendly king en suite with a roll-in shower and a ground access level elevator.
The top floor is where the magic happens! Whip up coastal feasts in the tricked-out kitchen with granite counters and double dishwashers. Hang in the cozy great room, or take in the killer sound views from the screened porch.
As the day winds down, soak in those jaw-dropping sunsets from the western decks. Whether you're here to relax or frolic, FROLIC INN's got you covered!

Full linens, including sheets (with beds made), bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths provided.
Guests have access to the entire home, pool, and yard.
Guests also have access to the community's private boat ramp and fishing dock, just steps away from the house.
The beach is an easy ~10-minute walk from the home with deeded access on Cutlass Ln and Merrimac Ln
Please note that this property has a pool available in season (approximately the end of April through mid-October) that can be heated for $400 a week.
Note: We do offer cancelation terms. Cancellation with stipulations specified in our Vacation Rental Agreement designed to support your needs. Please inquire for details.
