Welcome to the \'TY MANOA\' house, a lovely independent house, fully renovated of 60m², located only 50 meters from the sea, between the Aber Benoît and the Iroise Sea.

Enjoy direct access to the GR34 hiking trail and the slipway for your walks and water activities. The Beg Ar Vill oyster beds, 250 meters away, offer you the opportunity to enjoy fresh seafood during your stay.

The house is nestled in a 900m² garden, completely enclosed to ensure peace and privacy. You can relax on the sunny terrace all day, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for convivial outdoor moments while the children enjoy the swing.

On the ground floor, a modern kitchen with a dining island, open to a cozy living room with a wood stove, will welcome you for moments of relaxation. You will also find a shower room with a washbasin unit, as well as a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the house offers two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a small office, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200).

Bed and bath linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket of 100% local products as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining the functioning of the house and advising you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit.

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristy places in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d\'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure also possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of the Ile Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, the Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children, you will also find nearby: the Récré des 3 Curés (amusement park) and Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing are nearby, as well as golf courses including the one in Les Abers.
