Floorplan:
- 4 bedrooms
(2 large rooms, 1 standard size room, with office desk, & 1 smaller kids room).
Master Suite (Bedroom 1) is very large and connects to Master Bath privately. Enjoy the Spa-like experience with salts and oils to choose from for your bath or shower.
- 2.5 baths
(Spa-Tub & Walk-in shower in Master with private access through Master Bedroom, Tub with shower in 2nd bathroom, & a half bath in hallway).
All toilets have bidets (front and rear nozzle options).
All bathrooms have in-mirror lighting with customizable options.
Bed availability:
- Master bedroom has Cal King
- Bedroom 2 has a Queen
- Bedroom 3 has a Queen
- Bedroom 4 has a Triple Twin bunk (3 twin beds)
- Laundry room has 2 Queen Air Mattresses available for placement wherever convenient.
- Living Room red Italian leather couch can accommodate 1-2 people on opposite ends, as it is pretty long and cushions are deep
- Living Room beige couch can accommodate a smaller person lengthwise and is comfy too, but both seats on it recline pretty far back for those that like sleeping somewhat upright. So will fit 2 if reclined sleeping.
Same applies for the 2 blue leather seats in living room.
For the Kids:
- 3 Twin bunk beds in Bedroom 4 as above.
- 2 High Chairs for feeding
- 1 portable crib, adjustable heights
- 1 pack n play with travel small crib and changing pad
- Assorted kids kitchenware
- Some board/card games appropriate for kids
- Xbox One console in Living Room, please sign in under your own accounts
- 2 Indoor Ring cameras can be set up under your own Ring accounts to monitor children or pets while at house or away since they can be set up with WiFi access.

You may use any logged in Streaming Services on the TVs, but please use guest profiles if able to.
Netflix may give you issues and you may need to log in your own account.
WiFi is High Speed 1 GB service, which is fast and reliable.
Log-in info is in the Welcome Guide you get 3 days before Check-In.
Large open layout connecting dining, living, and kitchen spaces together.
Plenty of seating options and blankets to get cozy.
6 bar seats at kitchen peninsula.
8 seats at bar height dining table.
About 8 seats in living room.
Stay cool and dry in the humid Hilo side of Big Island, with Central A/C that over cools the set point by 2 degrees (F) to de-humidify.
Master Suite (Bedroom 1) and Kid's room (Bedroom 4) on one side of the house, and the other 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths are on the other side of kitchen/living/dining.
Large, roofed lanai in back of house with grill, hammock, and zero gravity chairs.
Property is a 1 acre lot with only neighbors on one side and vacant lots on the 2 other sides. The remaining side is the street-facing front, but house is set back behind long driveway and the garden in front.
Crown molding and double stacks throughout house for an elevated glam and luxe vibe.
Soft carpeting and rugs throughout house.
Tile flooring in bathrooms.
Vinyl plank flooring outside of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Many customizable lighting options to create the vibe you prefer in each room.
All recessed lights convert from bright white light to amber night lights, by switching them off and back on within 3 seconds.
In addition, recessed lights in dining/living/kitchen open layout are all dimmable, including the pendant lights.
All fans and bathroom lights are also customizable.
The 18% required state/county taxes (GET & TAT) are collected by Vrbo.
No extra fees or charges will be collected, aside from the $200 cleaning fee, unless damage to property occurs during your stay.
