We love our neighbors and we want them to love us too! We are located in a quiet, private association, residential area just off the main road, therefore, we do not allow parties or events at Sandy Point.
Welcome to Sandy Point and step into your dream getaway at this charming 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath home, where every detail is designed for your ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. Here, pets are part of the family, ensuring that your furry companions can join in the fun! Just a delightful 5-minute stroll down our scenic road leads you to our private association beach. Feel the soft sand beneath your toes as you soak up stunning sunsets and create unforgettable beach days with loved ones, including your four-legged friends. If you're looking for an alternative spot, the public access to Cooks Brook Beach is conveniently located nearby, perfect for easy visits without stairs.
Our home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, featuring two plush queen beds, a full bed, and two twins. We provide luxurious linens, cozy duvets, and a full set of towels, including beach towels, to make your stay as effortless as possible. We are centrally located in Eastham which offers the best of a Cape Cod vacation as we are minutes from the National Seashore and all the beautiful oceanside beaches for those glorious sunrises and of course, just steps away from your private association beach for those amazing sunsets! Our digital guide has recommendations for all the local favorite restaurants that will please any palette, shopping for best art and gifts, and what to see and do while visiting our little sandbar in the Atlantic.
