Welcome to Bonnie Doone, a beautifully situated 2-storey house in Whangamata, perfect for families or groups seeking both convenience and comfort. This home is wonderfully located within a 5-minute walk of the marina and close to the town centre, making it easy to enjoy local attractions.
The house features four well-appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king bed, the second is equipped with one queen and one single bed, the third also has a king bed, and the fourth, located downstairs, includes one king single bed with a trundler and an additional queen bed, complete with its own loo and shower.
The living area is equipped with Freeview, a DVD player, and a CD player for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. Outside, a BBQ awaits those perfect summer evenings.
Parking is ample with space for up to three cars or room for a boat, and the yard is fully secure, ideal for families with children or pets. Please note that tenants are required to bring their own linen and towels. Small pets may be considered upon request.
