This beautiful A-frame cabin sits on a cul-de-sac leading to incredible hiking within a quiet neighborhood, set deep in the tall pines of the San Bernardino Forest and offering an abundance of privacy, seclusion, and of course, stunning views. Inside the home, floor to ceiling windows flood the open floor plan with abundant natural lighting. Rich hardwood flooring and wood paneled walls keep the nature theme in full effect, enveloping you in warmth even before you light up the electric fireplace. The living room includes a comfortable sectional sofa and leather couch for relaxed times spent streaming your favorite shows or movies on the smart TV. Steps away, you’ll find the charming dining room table with seating for 6, with 4 additional barstool seats available at the kitchen counter for dining overflow or meal prep. The kitchen, while quaint in nature, is well equipped for all your mealtime needs, whether you’re storing food or whipping up a homecooked meal.

With outdoor spaces such as these, we wouldn’t blame you for wanting to spend most of your time out in the fresh air and abundant California sunshine. The deck wraps from the front to the side of the home, offering panoramic views, firepit, and ample outdoor seating options for lounging while catching up on a good book or hosting an afternoon barbeque.

When you want to venture out away from the home, the community of Lake Arrowhead is just 10 minutes away where you can book a paddle boat tour on the Lake Arrowhead Queen or learn how to water ski at McKenzie's Water Ski School, afterward exploring the bustling community with its abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Lake Gregory is 4 miles away and is open to the public offering a sandy beach for swimming and small boat rentals for fishing. In the colder months, world-class skiing at Snow Valley Mountain Resort is a 30-minute drive from the home. The popular SkyPark at Santa’s Village is 10 minutes away, where no matter the season you can find fun adventures that will delight visitors of any age and enjoy mountain biking at any level. Back at the home, you’ll be within a short walking distance to the locally favored Grill at Antlers Inn, serving up delicious New American cuisine that will have you coming back for meal after meal.

This home sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a loft.

• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles, 1 needs to be compact. No street parking is allowed, and violators will face a $1,000 fine.

This location is also ideal for its close proximity to nearby mountain resorts with thrilling ski runs in the winter and serviced mountain biking and scenic hiking in the summer. Snow Valley Mountain Resort is 30 minutes away with trails for every level and the only chairlift sledding area in Southern California. Just 10 minutes away, enjoy the fun and entertainment at SkyPark Santa’s Village. Around the holidays, this property transforms into a nostalgic Old-World Christmas in the woods with shopping, dining, and outdoor activities like ice skating. Santa can be found here year-round, even in the summer when professionally designed bike trails and zip lines are a main attraction.

- ARRIVAL TIME: 4:00 PM
- DEPARTURE TIME: 10:00 AM
San Bernardino County Code Enforcement and Property Management can evict unruly guests who blatantly disregard the following rules without a refund. The minimum fine for violating the stated rules is $1000. All guests at the time of booking acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, neighborhood rules, and city laws and ordinances.
- OCCUPANCY: Do not exceed maximum occupancy at any time during your stay. Children are counted in total occupancy. You may not have additional guests during the day. You must be 21 years old or older to book this property.
- PARKING: Street and yard parking is not allowed, please park in the driveway. or you will be fined $1000 - $5000. Your vehicle may be towed at your own expense. 4WD, AWD, and chains are required for travel during the winter months. You will need them to access the property during the winter months.
- NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED
- NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
- NO UNAUTHORIZED PET: This home can accommodate up to 2 licensed dogs. Please notify us ahead of time if you plan to bring your furry friend. We charge $35 per night, per dog and you MUST pay the pet fee prior to arrival. They must be licensed, leashed outdoors, stay off the furniture, and never be left unattended. We supply bags for you to pick up your dog’s waste. You are responsible for all pet-related damage.
- NOISE CURFEW: This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and sound travels loudly. Please respect the neighbors' privacy. The noise curfew is strictly enforced between 10 pm to 7 am, this includes spa usage. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE: You should purchase travel insurance, as we do not refund for COVID, inclement weather, road closures, evacuations, power outages, bugs, pollen, etc.
- WINTER INFO: During the winter months, Caltrans requires all vehicles to carry chains, including 4WD and AWD vehicles. You will need 4WD, AWD, or chains to access the property and parking areas. The driveway will be clear of snow for your arrival to the best of our ability. There are shovels to use for your departure should it snow during your stay. Firewood is not provided. Power outages can occur and are a risk when visiting the San Bernardino Mountains.
- AIR CONDITIONING: Most mountain homes do NOT have air conditioning. Please inquire before you book if it’s important to you.
- HIGH FIRE RISK: San Bernardino Mountains is a high-risk area. Fireworks, wood fire pits, improper disposal of cigarette butts, charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited. You will be fined and/or prosecuted.
- WILDLIFE/MOUNTAIN LIFE: Bears, deer, donkeys, racoons, squirrels, mice, spiders, bats, flies, moths, ants, and other wildlife frequent this area so make sure to lock up the property and your vehicle. We utilize pest control services to control indoor pests as much as possible, but they exist in the mountains! We will not refund for wildlife in or near the home. Please keep doors closed to keep them from coming inside.
- DAMAGE WAIVER: Your booking includes an Accidental Damage Waiver which covers you for anything seen as accidental. You will be charged for anything seen as neglectful or intentional. It’s best to report all damage to us when it occurs and be respectful of our home.
- SECURITY/CAMERAS: This home has a security system, exterior cameras and/or noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure your safety. There are no interior cameras.
- GUEST SATISFACTION: Grand Welcome inspects the property prior to your arrival. If you have any issues, please contact us so we can handle them when you are here to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. We will make every reasonable effort to efficiently make the repair. If we are alerted to issues after checking out, you may not be refunded so it’s important to report them right away.

The homeowner and property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur; damage to, or theft or loss of personal items (if found, shipping is at your expense, minimum of $50); wild or domestic animals in the area; and acts of nature.
- Please be advised that this home is in close proximity to neighboring properties. We kindly request that you respect our neighbors by adhering to the noise curfew between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to avoid Code Enforcement fines of $1000. Thank you for your cooperation.

For stays of 28 days or more a mid-stay clean is mandatory and the fee is $130.
