Located in the pristine and highly sought-after Ponderosa Trails neighborhood, this 3,649 square foot home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and makes the most of its space to ensure everyone is comfortable and feels at home.

Walk up the tiered lot to find a spacious covered porch and the front door to the home. Upon entering, you'll find a comfortable, quiet sitting area immediately to your right. This room holds a matching couch and loveseat, a reclining chair, and coffee table. Real wood floors extend throughout the first floor, making the space feel perfectly elegant.

The first bedroom can be found down a small hallway to your right. This bedroom is considered the smaller master and holds a queen bed with a memory foam mattress topper. Stunning wood furniture adorns this space and a cable connected TV rests just across from the bed. An ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, a shower/bathtub combination, and full-length mirrored closet doors.

Past the first bedroom, you'll find the entrance to the kitchen on your left and a stunning, traditional dining room to your right. A gorgeous wood table with seating for 6 sits under a chandelier and storage cabinets rest just behind it. In the kitchen, you'll find luxurious, jaw-dropping wood cabinetry and granite countertops. The kitchen comes equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, double sink, microwave, four burner gas stove and oven, traditional and Keurig coffee machines, dishwasher, electric mixer, blender, and more. A kitchen table set for 3 and an extra 3 bar stools allows everyone to gather and help create the perfect meal together.

Exit the kitchen and enter the grand, main living space. In this A-frame, high ceilinged room, an L-shaped sofa surrounds a flat screen, cable connected TV and built in, custom cabinetry. A gas fireplace rests in a floor to ceiling rock wall that spans both the first and second floor.

Behind the living room is a small seating area, the perfect spot to curl up with a book. A half-bathroom is attached to this space and the incredible backyard is accessible through French glass doors from this area as well.

Continue past the living room and you'll find the entrance to the master bedroom. The master bedroom holds another queen bed with a memory foam mattress topper, a TV stand with a cable connected TV, two dressers, and an end table. A lounge chair and matching love seat make this room the ultimate space to relax after a long day. Enter the massive walk-in closet and the adjoining master bathroom to find a whirlpool spa, a spacious walk-in shower, a separate commode room, and double vanities.

The staircase to the second floor is located just across from the master bedroom. Follow the staircase to find the pool table/bar room. A full-sized pool table is in the center of the room, a loveseat sits against the wall, and a bar rests on the other side. A flat screen, cable connected TV makes this space perfect for entertaining. This room has access to a private balcony that overlooks the front yard. This space looks out upon the living room below, making it easy to connect with your friends and family that may be enjoying the downstairs space.

The remaining two bedrooms and bathroom can be found on the second floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with memory foam mattress topper, two dressers and an end table. Each room is also equipped with a cable connected TV.

There are two queen air mattresses that can be placed anywhere for additional sleeping flexibility.

A full-sized bathroom with a double vanity, a private commode room, and a walk-in shower sits at the end of the hallway.

Nearby are plentiful mountain trails and beautiful forest scenery to enjoy hiking and biking trails. Lakes, off road trails, and outdoor activities also abound. Within driving distance are the Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument, Walnut Canyon National Monument, Museum of Northern Arizona and the Lowell Observatory (Pluto was discovered here!)

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
For your safety and security, there are two cameras facing the street- one above the side gate, and one on the left side of the home entrance.
There is a maximum of 3-4 cars allow at our home. The HOA does not allow for street parking.

Pets are allowed in this home. We are not able to accommodate more than 2 small/medium sized dogs and they are only permitted on the first floor. A gate is provided for the stairs to keep them from entering the second floor. Furry friends are asked to keep all four paws on the floor and off the furniture throughout their stay. Dogs must be crated if they are left in the home alone. Crates must be away from the walls to prevent damage to the home. We do not provide crates. We do not allow any animals other than dogs.

There is a covered car in the garage. This is not included in the rental and is private. Please do not touch this vehicle.

The front camera monitors the front driveway, the back camera monitors the small back portion and the back deck camera monitors a small back area. There are no noise decibel monitors at this property. Please note, Porter does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on sight. Porter does disclose all cameras on the property as they are reported to us by the homeowner.

There is a small, closed off area above the laundry room off the staircase. This space is not accessible. Please do not enter this area and keep any younger guests away from this area for their safety.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
