Welcome to Coastal Dunes Cottage Court, a cozy collection of four rental homes nestled on the oceanfront in the heart of Nags Head. Each cottage features between 1 to 3 bedrooms, providing a perfect destination for families and friends seeking a memorable Outer Banks vacation.
Enjoy direct beach access just steps from your door, allowing you to enjoy in the sun, take long walks in the sand, or take a swim in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. With a total of 9 bedrooms available across all four units, you can reserve one cottage for a quiet beach escape or book them all for a larger vacation. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a group getaway, or a romantic escape, Coastal Dunes Cottage Court is your ultimate destination for relaxation and adventure.

Whatever you choose to do on your Outer Banks vacation, Coastal Dunes is the perfect place to stay!

This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.
No smoking or vaping. Cottages 2 and 3 are Pet-Friendly for an additional fee. 4x4 cars required for parking at cottages due to sand. *The driveway to these homes are monitored by a camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.*

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Please visit www.TripPreserver.com for more information. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
