Step into this tastefully designed 2 bedroom retreat, featuring Scandinavian-inspired decor and calming colour schemes. Accommodating up to 6 guests, this home is set over 2 floors and has a fully-equipped, functional kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine, cosy living area, dining table and a contemporary bathroom. Situated just a short walk from the beach and an array of dining choices, it's an ideal place for short or longer stays with family and friends or for professionals
The Space:
Welcome to this beautifully designed home with Scandinavian influences and a calming neutral colour scheme. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a king size bed and a classic futon daybed. If you prefer to use the day bed for extra guests, it can turn into a king bed or two single beds (please request the sleeping set up in advance of your stay). The second bedroom has a double bed. This property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it great for family or friends' getaways, whether you're staying for a short time or a while.
The modern kitchen has everything you need, including an oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, pour-over coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, microwave and dishwasher. There's also plenty of space to prepare your meals. We provide all the cookware, dishes, glasses, and silverware you'll need. We also give you complimentary tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. The dining table seats 4, but we have 2 extra chairs if you need room for 6. It's a perfect spot to enjoy meals or drinks with your loved ones.
The living room is bright and spacious with a calm and modern look. You'll find a comfy sofa, a stool and TV. It's a great place to relax, read a book, or chat with your friends or family.
Upstairs, you'll find two bright and comfy bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and lots of space for your clothes. This larger main bedroom also has the futon daybed that's great for lazing on. However, if you prefer, it can become a king bed or two singles for extra guests. In the second bedroom, there's a double bed and a foldable desk on the wall, which is handy for using your laptop or planning your day.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a modern grey design. It features a walk-in shower, which is a great way to unwind. The wooden touches add a peaceful touch to the space.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole property for the duration of their stay. Access details will be provided in advance of your arrival date.
For group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over and we have a strict no parties or late night noise policy.
On the road of the road of the apartment, permits are required for parking over 2 hours. Parking permits can be provided upon request. There is a limited supply for the year so please check to confirm availability in advance of your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Tranquil, upmarket Hove is part of the city of Brighton. It has a swathe of beach and a broad promenade lined with colourful beach huts. The seafront is backed by Hove Lawns, a huge green area that's perfect for walks, picnics, and regularly holds local events like The Foodies Festival. To the west, along the beach, there is a skate park and a small lagoon where you can try your hand at various water sports.
There is a vast array of great restaurants including the best vegan pizza restaurant in town - Purezza, Cin-Cin for authentic and contemporary Italian tapas, Market for tapas, Six for cocktails etc. If you would like any recommendations, please ask! There are also fantastic coffee shops, cafes and bars including Small Batch for great coffee and Baked for brunch.
Hove offers something for everybody from friends, family, professionals and sports fans.... The family-friendly Hove Museum and Art Gallery displays vintage toys. Cricket fans watch county matches at Sussex CCC. And the Brighton and Hove Seagulls football ground that's located just out of town in Falmer can be easily and quickly accessed by train.
Hove has some of the best architecture in the UK. It has a mix of Victorian, Edwardian and Regency buildings, unrivalled among the country’s seaside resorts. Stroll to Brunswick Square and take in the stunning Regency buildings located around beautiful gardens.
Hove also has its own train station and the apartment just a couple of minutes walk from Hove Train station.
You are just a short stroll from the beach (about 10 minutes), the promenade and Hove Lawns, the i360 Tower, West Pier.
You will also find a Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose supermarkets nearby, as well as a pharmacy.
