Booking and Membership Information

To access these amenities, all guests aged 6 and over are required to purchase a temporary membership, which is not included in your booking fee. These fees allow access to all community amenities and must be paid at least four days before check-in to secure your reservation.

In-Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day): $8.50 per night/person or $42.50 per week/person
Off-Season (after Labor Day to Memorial Day): $2.00 per night/person
Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
Transaction Fee per Rental: $20
Registration details will be provided about two weeks prior to your stay. Please note that late submissions or changes to registration may result in cancellation.
