About this house rental

Escape to luxury in this renovated 4-bed Thornhill townhome. With 2 fully equipped kitchens, fenced backyard, deck access, 3 parking spaces, 2 Netflix-ready TVs and easy snow removal. Only 25-45 min from DT Toronto, this retreat offers tranquility & convenience.
I as a Host I take COVID 19 really seriously,
I added 4 extra safety measures differentiating myself from my Pre coved-19 hosting practices.

My cleaners are exercising precaution when taking part in the cleaning process. To ensure the safety of both cleaners and future guests, they are required to wear safety gear such as gloves and face masks.

2. Additionally, cleaners are now compensated for ensuring an additional 1-2 hours of a deep/thorough clean through the use of sanitization wipes and disinfectant material on all surfaces around the house e.g. TV remotes, light switches, kitchen surfaces, handles, railing, etc.

3. Guests will now be provided with disinfectant sprays and rags for personal use and piece of mind. Guest should also ensure the safety of future guests as well as their own safety by practicing proper hygiene and social distancing.

4. Cleaners/guests are asked prior to every booking and cleaning about their health status related to the COVID-19 symptoms. In order to ensure proper safety precautions are taken, guests must notify the host if they had or are currently experiencing symptoms and the same applies to cleaners. Future guests have an honest line of transparency and communication with myself (host) for all questions and/or concerns regarding their stay.

Home is located in the community of Thornhill, which is situated in the city of Vaughan. The neighborhood surrounding Chabad Gate is primarily residential, with many single-family homes and townhouses.

This space boasts a custom-made open-concept kitchen featuring two sinks and a breakfast bar. Natural stone countertops, high-end appliances, and a wine cooler give the kitchen a luxurious feel. Throughout the space, LED lighting illuminates the area. Hardwood floors and a light-colored staircase with a modern railing add to the home's aesthetic.

From the living room, there is a walkout leading to a gorgeous deck surrounded by trees. The walkout basement features a custom-made kitchenette. Additionally, the home offers excellent internet speeds, with a download speed of 1500GBps.

If you require a comfortable workspace during your stay, please inform me in advance. I will be happy to assemble a desk and chair for you. Kindly let me know if you require more than one extra desk and chair.
