The Claridge condominium consists of two distinctive twenty-one story Green and White Art Deco luxury towers. Each tower contains only two spacious apartments per floor serviced by two elevators. Every apartment offers a panoramic view of the glorious Clam Bay Nature Preserve with its mangroves, lakes and waterways and the Gulf of Mexico to the west, and the Pelican Bay Golf Course to the east. Building amenities include a resort style pool and hot tub, gas grills, and exercise room and a social room. Stroll past exotic flora and fauna or take the electric trams direct to three miles of sandy beaches serviced by courteous Pelican Bay personnel to provide you with lounges, chairs and umbrellas. At the beach, you can enjoy snacks, lunch or dinner at the two popular restaurants. Keep fit at the 40,000 square foot Pelican Bay Fitness Center only a mile from The Claridge. Tennis your thing? Bike or drive to the two private Pelican Bay Tennis Facilities offering 18 hard-tru courts available only to Pelican Bay residents and their guests.
