The Space:
This newly renovated 4-bedroom house in the heart of Brighton’s vibrant Laines is a perfect retreat for families, friends, or professionals, sleeping up to 10 guests in style and comfort. The home features three luxurious king-size beds (one can be split into two singles upon request), a double bunk bed, and a sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for all.
Cook and dine together in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a 10-seater dining table and all the cookware, cutlery, and glassware you’ll need for any occasion. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and cooking essentials, or take advantage of the breakfast bar overlooking the terrace. The stylish living room offers a spacious, comfortable corner sofa, a double sofa, and a wall-mounted Smart TV—ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a day of exploring. The entire home is beautifully decorated, with tasteful décor and luxurious touches that blend charm and elegance throughout.
Step outside to the private garden, a wonderful spot for morning coffee or al fresco dining, with night lights adding to the evening ambiance. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed with an ensuite, a king-size bed that can be separated into twins, a king-size bed, a double bunk bed, and a double sofa bed in the living area. Each bed is made up with fresh linens, and guests are provided with bath towels, hand towels, and toiletries for added convenience.
The property includes a spacious family bathroom with a walk-in shower and a full-size bath, while the main bedroom on the top floor boasts an ensuite shower room. Additional conveniences include high-speed WiFi, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. A travel cot and highchair are also available for hire. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire space for themselves during their stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.
Due to Brighton & Hove council restrictions we do not accept party groups. and there should not be noise in the outside areas after 9.30pm or before 8am, in consideration of the neighbours.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located just a 5 minute walk from Brighton Train Station, in the heart of Brighton's cultural area, the quirky North Laine.
Within a short stroll you will find the very best independent shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal.
Brighton Palace Pier and the seafront are just a 10 minute walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown or Hove. It really is an incredibly amazing location that's central yet quiet and pretty.
