The heart of the home beats within its spacious confines, from the gourmet kitchen with an inviting island to the welcoming living and dining areas. Venture outdoors to find a rear deck, perfect for soaking in the sun, while the lunar deck offers unparalleled vistas of the azure horizon.
Entertainment knows no bounds with a garage/ Tiki bar area, a sprawling pool, Hot Tub, Putting green, (many other games) and an outdoor patio where laughter mingles with the salty breeze. Anchored to the property is a dock with a boat lift, beckoning adventurers to set sail into the cerulean expanse beyond.
As if plucked from a dream, The Guitar and Tiki Bar Beach House boasts an array of extras, including 6 beach chairs, 5 umbrellas, a beach wagon, and kayaks with life jackets. For those planning events, approval opens the doors to celebrations for up to 50 guests, with an applicable fee.
Ascending through the levels, each floor reveals a new realm of comfort and style. The ground level is a haven for relaxation, featuring a garage that spills out onto the poolside paradise.
Ascend to the main level, where an open kitchen and living room beckon, accompanied by a bedroom adorned with built-in bunks and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms await, each boasting its own lavish amenities, from king and queen beds to spacious on-suite bathrooms.
Nestled on the western edge of Navarre Beach, The Guitars and Tiki Bar Beach House invites guests to explore the wonders of Grand Navarre. With 45 feet of canal frontage leading to the Intracoastal Waterway, every sunrise brings new adventures on the Gulf Coast.

Spacious outdoor fun, offering a private pool that can be heated upon request. 6 seat Golf Cart in garage which can be rented and used to travel around Navarre Beach. There are some other fun amenities such as ping pong table, connect four. Additionally, the beach fun package provided for the guests includes - Kayaks, 4 life vests, 6 Beach Chairs, 5 Umbrellas, and a beach wagon!
Pool heat ** $75 per day must be for entire stay ** - pool heat costs is an estimate, we have a gauge and will charge actual costs plus $75 activation
Golf Cart ** 6 seat at $750 for a week, ask about daily rates **
** Admin fee includes damage waiver costs - up to $1500 accidental damage coverage
Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. "Guitars and Tiki Bars" is Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply ** Limit 2 Pets - must be friendly non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.
