To your right is a spacious kitchen with a state-of-the-art refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, many kitchen amenities, and a stacked full washer and dryer. To your left, is a contemporary designed living space with a smart TV, gas fireplace, and additional French doors that lead out to an endearing patio area. This patio is equipped with a picnic table and grill for your outside enjoyment. As you continue through the home, you will find two commodious bedrooms. The bedroom to the left has a comfy king bed and spacious closet. The bedroom to the right has a cushy spacious king bed, access to the full bathroom and a French door entrance out into the fenced backyard. This home feels like resort level living in the middle of the city! Even your furry friend will have plenty of room to stretch their legs!

Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am
Parking-parking limited to 3 vehicles
Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage can
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home
Pets-keep pets off furniture and beds, exercise pets outside, do not leave pets unattended, and clean up after your pet.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in cans
