Recently renovated, this property perched high on Noble Street is a great spot for your weekend or longer getaway.
The Space:
This classic Anglesea beach house has been given a new lease on life with polished floorboards, new kitchen and bathroom and fresh carpets in the bedrooms and is ready and waiting for you! A great open plan kitchen and living room opens out onto an expansive north/east facing entertainers deck where you'll enjoy your morning coffee or BBQ of an evening with family and friends on those glorious Surf Coast days. Centrally positioned with the Golf Club around the corner, Roadknight or main beach close by, and the river and shopping village at the bottom of Noble Street combined with plenty of walking tracks to explore, the choice is yours!
Please note that linen is not provided. There are doonas and pillows but you need to bring all other linen, there is a linen hire option via the agency if you wish.
Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1- 1 x Queen
Bedroom 2- 1 x Queen
Bedroom 3- 1 x Tri Bunk (Double bed at the bottom, single on top)
Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
