Do not recommend staying here! Sheets on bed were stained, bathroom was dated and fixtures were rusted and dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor that certainly wasn’t mine, and an overall musty and moldy smell. If you’re looking for a good place near the beach to bring a hooker and do drugs, this is the place for you.

How can you go to eat during "check-in" time? Drove 5-1/2 hrs to get there by 3, or after as that was the 'advertised' check-in time! Arrived at 3:45 and office was locked. No note, no sign, just a number to call on the door. Called and a young woman who answered informed me when I asked about checking in that they were "at lunch"! I mentioned it was check-in time and she said they have to eat! I waited nearly a full hour when a man, named Carlos returned on his bike and checked myself (and another couple who had just arrived) in to a room. TOTALLY UNHEARD OF & UNQUESTIONABLY UNPROFESSIONAL! And just take a look at the room I was in! By the way, the long black hairs (1 on the shower wall and another on 1 of the wash cloths) are NOT mine! My head is shaved daily! TOTALLY DISGUSTED! I spent 27 years in the military and stayed in hotels in 3rd world countries that were cleaner than this place...and they were THERE when I was checking in, as well! NEVER AGAIN!

When we arrived before 3pm check-in the staff was attentive in finding us a room that was available. When we got to the room it was very dingy, the paint was peeling off the wall and a door to the connecting room. There was a small refrigerator, microwave and we got a brand new coffee maker however they were all stacked with no where to plug in the coffee maker. There was an outlet behind the head of the bed that we managed to utilize. There was one small night stand with 2 small drawers and a table that the TV sat on which was too low to view while lying in bed. The bed was hard and very noisy. Outside our room in the courtyard there was a table and 3 chairs where the neighbors sat and smoked. I was awakened at 12:30am by the smoking neighbors who were talking, no yelling on the phone with someone they were arguing with. I had come down with a bad chest cold needless to say my wife and I got no sleep between the neighbors and the noisy hard bed. I could not get comfortable in the room at all. It was like a jail cell room. No light in the walk-in closet and 2 metal hangers. We woke up in the morning and went and got breakfast at a local restaurant and even though we paid for three nights we packed up, checked out and found another place for the rest of our stay. Before I left I walked around the grounds of the facility and the pool was also not available with all entrances chain locked. I would not recommend this place and will never return.

Right out of Fire Walk with Me. Really needs a deep scrub, a new coat or paint, and some new bedding. Other than that, the location can't be beaten for the price.

The REAL meaning of a roach motel. Worst kind of roach motel. Stay away!!!

This hotel, or rather, motel, is in terrible condition. I am enclosing photos of some of the problems. First of all, the bed was terribly uncomfortable, but the horrible condition was even worse. The bathroom had mold inside the shower, also mold on corners of the shower to the wall. The shower curtain kept falling down. There was water leaking all over the floor, either from the sink or the toilet. The paint was chipped off the doors, a hole in the ceiling covered with tape, and a hole in the room wall. I am VERY disappointed in hotels.com, because I have usually had a good experience with their recommendations, but this “good deal” was horrible! We were so distressed that we didn’t sleep good, especially with the whole mattress sinking in at the middle! We left for a cruise the next day, and were super exhausted. What a nightmare, stay away from this place. The only good things about it were the location and some nice people who worked there.

The place is very old and pieced together. But. The blinds were not wide enough about 3" on each side and the drapes about 2 inches on each side to short. So you could see in from outside. I found old rotten smelly limes in the mini fridge and in the morning was going to use the microwave and going a cup with coffee and cream... It smelled so rank I almost threw up. I brought all of this to the attention of the office after they opened at 9am. And the response I got was "ok, thank you." THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE FOR ME EVER.

Had a hard time opening the door and couldn’t get any staff because they closed at 9pm. Spent 10 min trying to open the door, place also smelled damp.

The room was full of roaches. The room was never cleaned . I was not able to stay, the bed had a damaged mattress and boxspring that collapsed in the center and made it imposible to sleep in it. I reported the problem multiple time but the problem was never solved. Shame on this site for listing this facility

The staff is very friendly, however, that was the only good thing about this Motel. To start, the room was very dirty. There was hair all over the bed and wet hair all over the walls in the shower. They did not service our room all week. We were there 6 days, and they never cleaned our room once. We had to ask for towels and toilet and had to walk on sand because our floor was not cleaned all week. Don't plan on sharing a bed with someone because it dips in the middle, and you'll end up laying on your bed partner. What really did us in, was when we were packing our suitcase because we were checking out a cockroach was on the bed and crawled into one of our suitcases and we couldn't get it out. Overall, ill never stay here again. It was so dirty and uncomfortable.

This room is less than “you get what you pay for”. It is DIRTY! the bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a month. There was mold all over the crack of the tiles. On top of that it wasnt cleaned from previous guests cause the bathroom was full of hairs all over the wall and shower drain. The bed squeaked from the smallest movements. The couch in the room looked Beat up and it was stained. We had to go roach killing since there was a roach crawling around the room.

Possibly the worst place I have ever seen. They should have comp'd me. seriously. Room wasn't ready when I got there at 4:00. Staff opened my door without knocking three times and walked in . Leaky pipes, took forever to fix. They didn't patch the wall and I had a rat in the kitchen all night going through the garbage can on my last night there. Faucet in bathroom was broken, and kitchen was filthy.This place should be shut down

Checkin was delayed because the room had not been cleaned. Once we did check into the assigned room, it was old, furniture was stained, bed spread had lipstick stains on it. The place needs a major makeover. The door to the bathroom was filthy dirty and had been subject to many repairs. No counter space in the bathroom. No plug in the bathroom for a hair dryer. Washcloths were like sand paper.
