Les Contamines Montjoie is the snowiest resort in the Mont Blanc region! Built in 2024, Chalet des Ours has been thoughtfully designed to meet your needs. It consists of two luxury apartments available for separate rental. If you are interested in renting the entire chalet, please don't hesitate to contact us!
The GRAND OURS apartment spans the entire upper floor, beneath the eaves of a new chalet, with a capacity of 5-7 people and an area of 60 square meters. Its high ceilings bring exceptional brightness and sunlight. This accommodation offers stunning views of the mountains and Mont Joly through large bay windows.
The apartment features a cozy living area, inviting relaxation on a corner sofa (which doubles as an additional bed), along with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen: refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, and small appliances (kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, etc.).
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 1 has a 140x190 cm bed, a low cupboard, two wall lights with USB ports, and a wall-mounted TV.
Bedroom 2 was custom-designed by our carpenter to offer a dorm-style Savoyard bunk with a 140x190 cm bed and a 90x190 cm bed above.
The apartment extends to a welcoming larch wood terrace with two lounge chairs, where you can enjoy the mountain spectacle...whether it’s a sunset, snowfall, or even a glimpse of a bearded vulture!
As night falls, let yourself be charmed by the variety of indoor and outdoor lighting, creating the ambiance of your dreams!
And the cherry on top? The neighboring field provides a fantastic sledding hill, perfect for laughter-filled moments with family or friends.
The chalet's location is ideal year-round, in both summer and winter. Look no further—this is where REAL mountain vacations happen, and we’ll be thrilled to welcome you to Chalet des Ours!
