The house features multiple bedrooms including four queen beds, a double bed and a bunk bed, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. Please note, you have to walk through the double bed room to enter the bunkbed room. Enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron, and even a Pack-N-Play for the little ones. Relax in the living room with Netflix streaming on the TV, or step outside to the balcony or patio to take in the beautiful water view.
For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, stove, and coffee maker has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Grill up some BBQ on the gas grill while enjoying the fresh sea breeze.
This dog-friendly house also offers amenities such as waterfront views, wireless internet, and a family-friendly environment. Please note that this property does not offer cable, but fear not, as there are plenty of other entertainment options available. Just a short distance from the ocean, you can easily spend your days lounging on the beach or exploring the local shops and restaurants. Bay kayaking is also nearby. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this Bethany Beach house is the ideal coastal getaway for your next vacation. Book now and create unforgettable memories by the water! *Guests may park their boat trailer on the grass or on the driveway. The depth of the lagoon is approximately 5 to 6 feet in the center. Pontoon boats work best because they have a shallow draw. Length 24’ is the max.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
