✔4 Bedrooms: Three with queen beds, and a fourth with a bunk bed, perfect for children.
✔Entertainment: 20” TV in the living room, plus children’s toys for family fun.
✔Dining & Seating: Dining table seats 8, with an additional high chair and 3 stools at the kitchen counter.
✔Master Suite: Private bathroom with bathtub.
✔Hallway Bathroom: Easily accessible to other bedrooms.
✔Outdoor Amenities: Front porch entry and a backyard firepit (unfenced).
✔Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway.

You'll be able to access all aspects of this 4-bedroom house minus a supply closet that will be locked for our cleaner.
Other things to note
★Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed ONLY.( NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMPSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS of any kind.)
★Pet fee is $25 per pet/per night.
★Any unauthorized pet will incur a $250 fine per per in addition to the pet rent fee.
★There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, the platform will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.
★★Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost.
