The south-facing house is nestled in the heart of a 5000m wooded park planted with olive trees and other Mediterranean species.
The interior accommodation comprises:
* 3 bedrooms with double beds (160x200 ), including 1 master suite with en-suite bathroom. Bed linen and towels included
* 1 mezzanine bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200). Bed linen and towels included.
* 2 bathrooms
* Three separate toilets
* A large living room with sofa, 50-inch flat-screen TV (including Netflix), fireplace.
* Dining room with table for 8-10 people.
* A large, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 coffee machines, hob, toaster, cooking utensils included. (Basic products supplied: oil, salt, pepper...)
* Laundry room with washing machine.
*Dressing room
** INCLUDED: Sheets, Pillows, Duvets, Towels, ect Laundry and dry-cleaning service included in rental price. No extra charge.
Outside, the villa opens onto:
* a vast 50 m2 covered terrace with outdoor table and seating for 8 to 10 people
* A large 5000 m2 enclosed park planted with olive trees and other Mediterranean species.
* A large, secure 12x5m swimming pool with 9 sun loungers and parasols.
* Parking for 15 cars
