The main living area opens to a large covered terrace with a dining table, BBQ, sitting area, and bar. This terrace feels like an extension of the main living area.
There are plenty of relaxing and fun amenities in this villa.

The Villa has 5BR and 1 open-style bunk bedroom with a tv room and kids' playing area.

* Our living room is also fully equipped with a SMART TV with Netflix, so you can relax with all the comforts while enjoying the superb views and connection to the great ocean and mountains.
This property is operated by Axe Vacation Rentals — a full-service high-end VIP vacation rental company.

Beach Chairs, and umbrellas available for your use as well as a cooler for your cold foods and beverages.
- Guests have access to the complete Villa
- Guests have access to the 2 Car Garage (Private Storage Area).
- Guests do not have access to Querencia Community amenities, as membership is required.
**20 people max at the house at any given time is the maximum amount allowed without incurring an event charge
**All Guests need to be registered with security 24 hours in advance**
Querencia gated community located in San Jose del Cabo, only minutes away from restaurants, golf courses, supermarkets, hospitals and the beach.
Through our concierge service we can provide private transportation with additional cost. There is also Uber or you can always a rent a car, the house has parking for 2 cars.
