The building has been converted into an entire luxury living space with two full kitchens and two living rooms on the first and second floor, with two bedrooms on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The space is designed for maximum comfort and privacy for larger groups with access to a rare grassy yard at the doorstep for fresh air.

- Party Bungalow: Behind the main house is a newly renovated building equipped with a state-of-the-art golf simulator and movie theater projector, offering residents premium entertainment just steps from their door. Check availability and access for your stay.
- Historic Barn Conversion: Adjacent to the property, the original 1800s barn is undergoing a full-scale renovation to create two additional luxury units.
- Step outside and enjoy the inviting yard, perfect for a breath of fresh air or quality time with your pets and friends.
