Within 0.6 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and within 4 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Town: Hordle is village on the edge of New Forest National Park, which was once listed in the Domesday Book of 1086. The village has a fishing lake, a shop, a park and a chain pub which serves food. The nearby town of New Milton is home to the interesting Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum, as well as a train station, a skate park and plenty of shops, pub and eateries to suit all tastes. In the opposite direction, you can explore the market town of Lymington which has an outdoor public swimming pool, a boat tour agency offering rides, a pier with a ferry terminal offering connections to Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight, a golf course, and a large amount of popular bars and eateries which views of the marina. With plenty of nearby scenic walks in New Forest and beach days on the south coast, Hordle is a great base.
