- This 3-story home requires 2 exterior steps to enter. While it offers 1 full bathroom on the 1st floor, additional interior stairs are required to access the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the pool area, 1 camera is located next to the front door facing the front outdoor entry, and 1 camera is located above the garage facing the parking area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video while guests are in residence
- The community amenities are available with an additional fee, which can be paid at the pro shop upon arrival
