Wake up to amazing views year-round and sip on a fresh cup of coffee on one of two rear decks, surrounded by the natural beauty of the surrounding woodlands. The upper deck has a dining table, seating area, and a gas grill for your culinary delight. End your day with a glass of wine from one of the local wineries while enjoying the sunset and view on the lower deck relaxing in the comfortable seating area or soaking in the hot tub.

✨ The fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker that takes both pods and ground coffee, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and farmhouse sink, is the perfect place to create delicious meals for your family and friends. We provide you with toaster, blender and all the baking and cooking ware you will need. Enjoy breakfast at the island bar or in the sun-drenched dining area. The main floor living area, with its vaulted ceiling and full bank of windows from floor to ceiling allows for plenty of natural light and breathtaking views.

✨ Relax in comfort. Sink into the comfortable couches, soft pillows, and cozy blankets in the main living area, where you can enjoy streaming services on the 4K smart TV. High speed 1G internet and Wi-Fi is available for your convenience. This area boasts a beautiful gas fireplace.

✨ Downstairs you can play pool on a table that converts into a ping pong table or a dining table with benches. Enjoy a movie on the 85” 4K smart TV in the living area or relax and play board games in the sitting area which also has bar seating.

✨ Retreat to one of the bedrooms for a good night's sleep, each with views of the woods and fully stocked with pillows and comforters, and extra towels and linens. The huge master bedroom is on the main level and features a king-sized bed, perfect for a cozy Sunday brunch watching movies on the smart 4K TV . The master bath is a luxurious mix of granite and tile featuring a double vanity and a spacious open shower with multiple dual shower heads. And there is plenty of space in the walk-in closet for your stay.

✨There is a guest bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and full bathroom with shower and tub. The other two guest bedrooms are downstairs, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a full and twin bunk bed. The full bath downstairs has both tub and shower. If you need extra sleeping space, the couch in the lower living area converts to a queen bed.

✨ Keep in mind that there is a steep but short incline to reach the house. Cars towing things may have trouble getting up and down the hill. We'll make sure the path is clear and we provide a shovel and salt in case of snow.

✨ Since we are surrounded by woods, there are creatures in the area that may come out during the day or night looking for something to eat. Make sure you keep your cars locked and use only the animal-proof trashcans provided.

✨ Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans change. However, if you need to cancel your stay with less than a week's notice, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to ensure a full refund. Don't let unexpected circumstances ruin your vacation plans!

✨ House Rules: There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the house. No large parties are allowed. Sorry, you cannot bring your furry friends with you. Please note that there will be penalty fees charged for breaking house rules.
