Perfectly nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood in Kingsville, atop a bluff overlooking Lake Erie. Ideal for couples, families or anyone looking to unwind in serene settings after exploring all that Essex county has to offer. **Key Features.**- Stunning views**-relax on the deck and watch the ferry cross to Pelee island, enjoying picturesque sunrises and sunsets over the water **Comfortable Accommodations.**- our cottage boasts 3 cute bedrooms with comfy furnishings, ensuring restful night and leisurely mornings. **Inviting Living Space.**- relax in the open-plan living area, complete with comfortable seating and smart TV. A telescope for star-gazing at night and large windows that flood the space with warmth and natural light during the day. Binoculars and field manuals for identifying local birds, butterflies and plants, of which you will see many. A fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans and all the cooking essentials you need to make a gourmet meal after visiting some of the many farmily-owned farm stands offering the freshest seasonal produce. A coffee bar stocked with Nespresso maker, drip press or French press and the best local coffee grinds, ensures the perfect brew to go with your view. For best experience, we recommend quietly stepping outside and enjoying a tranquil morning listening to the waves lap and the seagulls calling. Occasionally a blue Heron can be seen perched on the shallow rocks right in front of us hunting for fish. The high-speed wifi and air conditioning and full laundry room ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a garbage/recycling area and the wooden shed in the courtyard. There is a garbage pail, a recycling box and an ashtray located inside. Smoking is permitted outside only. Outdoor living and dining area cushions are found in the storage bin under the Reveries on the Lake sign. We appreciate you trying to put them away if weather is inclement, but we understand there are times they are going to get rained on. **Nature Lovers Paradise.**- sit and immerse yourself in the gardens filled with native pollinator-friendly plants and wildlife. Watch for majestic bald eagles, migrating geese and colourful monarch butterflies. The outdoor spaces are perfect for family gatherings or quiet moments. Enjoy a local bottle of wine, read a book on the deck or take a stroll through the neighbourhood. **Ideal location- Reveries is located in the heart of Windsor Essex county. Pelee island Winery is located a short drive, bike ride or walk away. They offer a truly local taste of where you are staying. We really are right in the heart of it all. We offer a seamless check-in and check-out process to help you make the most of your stay. You will have full access to the entire cottage, driveway, fenced in front courtyard, both lake view decks and the small yard that in between them. There is no lake access from our our cottage, however, we are minutes away from many beautiful beaches for you to enjoy. The gardens below the look-out deck are for viewing only and are off-limits. The exterior areas are lit up by solar lighting, if it hasn’t been sunny, they don’t always make it through the night. If you’re going to be arriving after dark for check-in, let us know and we can leave the front foyer and porch lights on. The china cabinet in the dining room has stemware and cocktail making accessories. As well as a non-breakable set for taking outside. There are also extra sets of plates and bowls and serving ware and baking ware. As well as binoculars and field guides to identify the local birds, butterflies and plants you might see during your stay. There is a pantry in the front foyer by the staircase that has many bonus travel essentials that you might find yourself needing like, Tupperware and children’s serving ware, an oil diffuser and some essential oil blends, disposable champagne glasses and extra kitchen ware. There are pet accessories located in the laundry room. Please clean up after your pets during your stay. The front courtyard is totally fenced in but the lakefront is not, so please keep pets supervised at all times. Please no digging or chewing anything in the house or yards (other than sticks) Our dog, Baylor, loves sticks. So he’s left a little collection in case a pet guest needs something to chew on :) Feel free to text Crystal if there is anything you need while planning your visit. I live right next door if there is anything you need during your stay, just ask! **Safe, family and pet friendly neighbourhood- located just outside of downtown kingsville. Tucked away on a quiet street, far from any traffic and or hustle and bustle. Just the sounds of birds, the breeze and the lapping Lake Erie waves. There is a small utility section in the bathroom closet. We ask that you are careful around this area. *kitchen faucet-push handle towards the wall for hot water. It takes a second to warm up. Please drive carefully down our road, especially on weekends, you will see many children out playing and many residents out walking their pets. Please make sure to keep noise to a comfortable level out of respect for our lovely neighbours. **Local Attractions.**- Point Pelee National Park. Just 15 minutes away. This natural wonder is perfect for hiking, bird watching, and exploring diverse ecosystems. -5 minutes from prestigious Kingsville golf course **Idyllic weather- Being the Southernmost town in all of Canada, we boast some of the warmest summer days and mildest winters. Making Reveries on the lake the perfect destination for travellers all year long! **Beaches, shops, wineries, breweries and restaurants.**- discover many local shops and delicious drinking and dining options in kingsville, Essex county, all within a short drive. Many seasonal farm stands selling fresh, local produce. **Located along Essex County Epic Wine Route. Short drive to the 401 or the border to the United States.
