About this house rental
A spacious open plan ground floor area features a classy dining area which flows through into the kitchen, containing a large island which acts as a focal point for the space. Beyond the kitchen is the statement living area, with bi-folding doors accessing the patio and landscaped garden, providing a wonderful space for the whole group to socialise. The addition of the skylight creates a light and airy space.
Sleeping six people, Croft End offers spacious accommodation across three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two rooms can be configured as super king or twin rooms, so the sleeping arrangements can be tailored to your requirements on request.
Croft End is located on the The Crofts, known to be the first area to be settled out of town proper and it has grown to be one of the most desirable addresses in Castletown.
There is private parking available to the rear of Croft End in the garage, and additional sleeping quarters will soon be available in the garden room that sits separately to Croft End.

Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen including two oven, AEG induction hob,dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer.
Living Area: Two comfortable sofas and two armchairs to seat 8 people, Smart TV and bi-fold door access to landscaped garden and patio.
Garden: Spacious garden perfect for families, with a path leading to the rear parking area and garden room.
Utility: WC, wash hand basin and laundry facilities.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Super king beds that can be configured as a twin on request, Smart TV, occasional chair and hanging space.
En-suite: Shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 2: Super king beds that can be configured as a twin on request, Smart TV, occasional chair and hanging space.
Family Bathroom: Shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Second Floor
Bedroom 3: Attic bedroom containing king size bed, Smart TV, occasional chair and hanging space.
En-suite: Shower, wash hand basin and WC.
General
Parking: Private parking for two medium sized cars available in the garage to the rear.
EV Charging: Available at an additional cost with use of the 3 pin socket in the garage.
Changeover Day: Flexible - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am
Pets: No pets accepted.
Baby Equipment: A cot and high chair are available at an additional cost.

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Accessibility: There is two tall flights of stairs in Croft End so this is not recommended for those with reduced mobility. There is a garden room that will have a bed and bathroom in it which is where we would recommend those wih reduced mobility to sleep, however please bear in mind the three steps down from the garden into the living area of Croft End.
Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
