Welcome to Holly! Head to this gorgeous 10-bedroom mountain home with a large group for an incredible time and nonstop play. After a day on the slopes or hiking the trails, gather your crew and aprés around the fire pit and in the hot tub, cocktails in hand. You’ll be surrounded by panoramic views and crisp-mountain air for the ultimate R&R experience. The only work you’ll have to do is on the air hockey table. Enjoy! Nearby Attractions: Breckenridge Ski Resort, Vail Pass Path, Blue River Bistro, Downtown Breckenridge Main Street, Carboy Winery, La Francaise French Bakery, Breckenridge Nordic Center, Rootstalk Breckenridge (American), Aurum Food & Wine, Carter Park. Here, you’ll find a dreamy mountain escape within a world-class ski resort, where beginners and experts alike attest that the slope offers “something for everyone.” Breckenridge boasts the highest altitude in all of Colorado, so be sure to board the lifts early for first tracks on its numerous powder days! Then, get boozy at your favorite après ski joint where you’ll encounter everything warm: the people, the fireplaces, and the spiked hot chocolate. Experience Breckenridge, AvantStay style. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. *Home Truths:* - Please be mindful that bears and other wildlife are active in this area and appropriate caution should be taken. - Due to extreme wildfire risk, all outdoor fires and fire pits, campfires, and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per local short-term rental regulations. - This home does not have AC. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please be aware that there are long-term tenants that live on the backside of the home in a separate unit. Parking Details: Space for 3 cars on the driveway. No garage. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed Bed Room 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: King Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Bedroom 5: King Bed Bedroom 6: King Bed Bedroom 7: Queen Bedroom 8: 2 twin over twin bunk beds Bedroom 9: 2 twin over twin bunk beds Bedroom 10: Queen Bed --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking Breckenridge Business License 119240001
