The ensuite has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. Additionally, the third floor has four more bedrooms. Three of the third-floor bedrooms have private covered balcony access with ocean views. There is another laundry room with a sink and front-loading washer and dryer on this level as well. The bedroom layout is identical to the second floor; three rooms have king-size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Each room has its own private bath. Finally, you'll find the tenth bedroom on the fourth floor. This is another king bed with an ensuite bath, a single vanity, and a walk-in shower. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). - The elevator is not available for guest use. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
