1st floor terrace accessed from bedrooms, with seating for 8 people.

With 4 master bedrooms each with a king(UK) bed, walk in closet and private bathroom.
The lower ground floor bedroom has a kitchenette, seating area, walk in closet and bathroom.
Living Areas:
New 36K BTU Air conditioning unit.
Kitchen, with new appliances, quartz worktops and fully appointed for preparing meals for 8 people.
5 Ring hob, large counters, large double oven and separate broiler/air fryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher.
Dining area for 8 people.
Bar area with hi stools and sofa. (Smart TV in this area)
Lounge Area with seating for 8 people.
Powder room
Laundry Room with separate washer and dryer.
New fly screens fitted to all windows.
Driveway has a car port for shade and parking for 2 vehicles behind gate. Additional parking on street.
House is located 2km from Speightstown where a Jordans grocery store is located and 6km from Holetown where a Massy store is available. There is a convenience store at Rubis within walking distance (550M)
Speightstown and Holetown can be reached by local bus along coastal highway 1, taxi or by your own hire car.
