With over 1,700 square feet, this condo boasts the largest floor plan at The Vue. The coastal farmhouse decor and ocean views from the living and dining areas will have you falling in love the moment you arrive.
• Living Room: Relax on a huge sectional sofa while enjoying a 75" smart TV and secure, high-speed Wi-Fi.
• Dining Area: Seats 6 at the dining table, plus 3 at the counter bar.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee bar with Keurig, French press, coffee grinder, and more. You'll find everything from an air fryer to a waffle maker.
Comfort & Luxury
• Primary Bedroom: Features a king bed with King's down pillow top mattress, ocean views, and a workspace with a seating area.
• Second & Third Bedrooms: Offer premium bedding on queen beds and wireless chargers in each room.
• Bathrooms: The primary bathroom includes a luxurious walk-in tile shower, and both bathrooms feature granite countertops and double sinks.

• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chair and umbrella service from May 1st to October 31st, plus storage for your own gear.

Sleeping arrangements include beds for 6, plus space for 3 additional guests on a queen air mattress and a cot. This condo is thoughtfully designed to accommodate families, couples, or groups seeking a luxurious and hassle-free beach vacation.
Rental Rules & Info
• Must be 25 years or older to book
• Resort Rules - No pets allowed, with the exception of owners
• During season - from May 1st - October 31st - During season - from May 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach chair service for our guests. Every day (weather permitting), two chairs and an umbrella will be set up for you just steps from the beach walkway. If you need more chairs, you can order them or bring your own, which you can store in the outside storage locker. We will have a few beach towels, just in case you need them.
Don't forget to bring
While Shoreline provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
