This light-filled and spacious top floor duplex holiday property accommodating up to 6 guests boasts a prime position across the road to the waterfront, playground, and only a quick 4-minute drive into the vibrant shopping of Nelson Bay and D’Albora Marina. Main entry to the property is at the rear, there is only 2 steps to access the house.
