About this house rental
The property sleeps nine plus a travel cot. There is an amazing outside rear space with Spa Pool,new to 2024 will be a bbq area and new decking , with a woodburner for those colder evenings. A games room/ Bar. There is a modern kitchen which includes all appliances needed. Comfortable lounge. There are four bedrooms. Bedroom One - Double with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom Two - double. Bedroom Three - Bunk Beds, Bedroom Four - Three Singles. Bathroom with shower over bath. Downstairs toilet. Up to 2 dogs welcome. Further pets by negotiation.
The whole property is available for your use.
I am available for guests to contact me anytime as I live just a short distance from the property. I can meet guests on arrival if required, otherwise there is a key safe.
The property is within walking distance of beaches, the town centre, pubs, restaurants and all local amenities.
Under 16's must be supervised in the Spa Pool at all times by an adult.
No same sex groups or groups of under 25's.
Under 16's must be supervised by an adult when using the Spa Pool at all times.
Use of the Spa pool is not allowed after 10pm.
Outside noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
Do not use household towels for the Spa Pool or the beach.
No smoking in the house.
