Occupancy: maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
The unit is thoroughly set for guests with all the comforts and conveniences needed. Free parking is available in the secure private garage, driveway, and additional visitor spaces throughout the complex. The large washer/dryer are available for guest use as well.
Layout of townhome:
Bottom floor:
- Entrance/boot room
- Bedroom with king bed
- Ensuite bathroom
- Washer/dryer
- Bunk room with 4 twin beds. Bottom beds are set up as 2 twins, but linens are provided to combine 2 singles into a king bed if desired.
Top floor:
- Master bedroom with king bed
- Master ensuite bathroom
- Half bathroom (to be converted to pantry in Spring 2025)
- Full kitchen
- Living room
- Dining area
- Patio with BBQ
- Sofa with pullout (best suited for children)
The bathrooms will be renovated in Spring 2025.
