There are four beautifully designed bedrooms in this home. The first bedroom has one king bed with a smart TV & attached en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have one queen bed, and shared access to the second full bathroom in this home. The fourth bedroom is PERFECT for kids (or adults looking for a fun sleeping arrangement!).

There are 2 full bathrooms in this home. The en-suite bathroom attached to the first bedroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. On the other side of the house is the second bathroom, which also has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).
The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 6 people, plus an additional dining table in the kitchen to seat 5 more.

In the living room, you’ll be greeted with lots of comfy seating, a big smart TV, and TONS of natural light coming from the wall of windows. This is the perfect spot to host your movie nights & games with your friends and family!

all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.
Other things to note
We are pet-friendly home! The pet fee is $80/pet and a max of 4.
We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit.
This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
