The ultimate culinary convenience and comfort start with this expansive kitchen and dining area, designed to cater to both casual meals and grand gatherings. The large open kitchen features a double oven and an industrial-size fridge, ensuring that you have ample space and resources to prepare any meal, from intimate dinners to festive feasts. It comes fully stocked with all the essential cooking necessities, making it a chef s dream. For coffee enthusiasts, the kitchen is equipped with a regular coffee pot, a Keurig K-cup machine, and a coffee press, allowing you to enjoy your favorite brews any time of day. The dining table comfortably seats 10, while the kitchen island offers additional bar top seating for 4, creating a perfect setting for family meals or entertaining guests.

The six exquisite master bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms are designed to provide a serene retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. Each of the six master bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with a king-size bed, complemented by stylish nightstands and lamps that create a warm ambiance. Guests can enjoy their favorite shows on the big-screen TV, while the spacious closet, equipped with hangers, ensures ample storage for personal belongings. Each master will also feature its own private balcony with seating for two overlooking the pond.

Perfect for families or groups, the bunk room features two sets of triple-stacked queen bunk beds, accommodating multiple guests comfortably. A TV in the bunk room ensures entertainment for all ages, making it an ideal space for relaxation and fun. The adjoining bunk room bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo, is stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and comfortable experience.

This stunning multi-level property is designed for leisure and fun. The second-floor loft area features an engaging arcade table, perfect for nostalgic gaming sessions. Ascend to the third-floor loft/game room, where you ll find three stylish bar-height tables accommodating up to eight guests, alongside a variety of games including a ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey, Ski-ball, Darts, Basketball, shuffleboard, and a poker table. This space is designed for socializing and relaxation, complete with a sectional sofa that comfortably seats six guests and a big-screen TV for movie nights or sports events. The mini kitchen island enhances the experience with a fridge, ice maker, and seating for four, making it easy to serve snacks and drinks while enjoying the games. Step outside to the third-floor patio, where two egg-shaped swinging chairs invite you to unwind, complemented by a table that seats five for al fresco dining.

The first-floor patio is an entertainer s dream, featuring seating for nine to ten guests around a cozy gas fireplace and a big-screen TV, ideal for outdoor gatherings. The dining area accommodates the same number, while the outdoor kitchen, equipped with a gas grill and mini fridge, ensures that you can prepare meals with ease. Dive into relaxation with a large hot tub and a heated pool, complete with twelve loungers and additional seating for five. For the adventurous, kayaks are provided at the dock, alongside life-size chess and a teepee by the fire pit that seats ten, creating a perfect setting for memorable evenings. Life jackets are also provided for safety, ensuring that your outdoor experience is both enjoyable and secure. Around the side of the cabin is a kid s playset.

General Information Three full-size washers and dryers are available in the laundry closet on each floor. The outdoor private pool can only be heated from March to October for a fee of $250 per day and must be heated for the entire stay.) EV charger - please bring your own plug. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin s front and back entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not exceed maximum occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. For any cancellation processed in which a refund is due to the guest, there will be a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 30 with NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
Coffee and filters enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
