You are an easy 16 mi (24 min) drive to the Yosemite South Entrance and 10 mi (15 min) drive to Bass Lake. The heart of Oakhurst, where you can find all of the amenities is just a short 6 minutes drive. Come back to this family-friendly villa to relax, enjoy the designer living room, the patio or fire pit area. Kids (and adults alike) will have fun in the arcade room.

The villa is located on a 3+acre of lands that has seasonal creek and hiking path. The house has 2100+sq ft of space. Plenty to accommodate a large gathering

We will text the front door smart-lock entry code to the guest prior to check-in. We pride ourselves on a very clean, well-maintained villa. The villa is professionally cleaned before and after each stay.

Critters and Animals

The town of Oakhurst is surrounded by forest. Naturally, critters and animals are all around. Expect to see spiders or bugs around the house. Refrain from leaving foods outside, as they may attract bear or other wild animals.

Villa is professionally deep cleaned after each check out.

Guests will be provided with starting amounts of coffee, tea, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. Guests will be responsible for providing their own after the initial amounts are gone. Groceries can be obtained in Oakhurst town.

Please know our cabin is a smoke-free environment. Smoking or vaping, of any kind, is not permitted inside. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

There is a video doorbell and exterior video surveillance facing the front and garage side of the property, and the covered patio.

There is an EV charger located in the driveway

Smart TVs are located in the living room and game room. Set your checkout date, and log in with your favorite account. Upon checkout, the system will automatically log your out, and wipe your credentials

Complimentary High Speed Wi-Fi Internet is included via Starlink. Please note that we are in the mountains and intermittent power and internet outages may occur. This will be the case with every property in the area.
