This spacious period home is packed full of character. Recently renovated, West of the Ness has been decorated with deep rich colours and elegant details, creating a destination in itself.

Upon entering the property you are struck by the grand entrance, with high ceilings. cornice details and a long stairway which splits in to two directions, The property has a lovely warm living room with comfortable seating, smart TV and a large bay window. It leads on to the dining room, creating a huge space for your guests to socialise. There are double doors from the dining room leading out to the garden patio area. To the back of the property there is a newly fitted kitchen which has been fully equipped to offer you a home from home experience. There is a breakfast bar and a snug area with games and a TV.

There are 5 bedrooms, all have been individually decorated adding real character to the property. Three of the bedrooms are of a good size and have ensuite shower-rooms. The fourth bedroom is a small but perfectly formed double on the first floor. The final, fifth double bedroom is located up a set of very steep stairs. This is a good sized room which a mature feel, it is not suitable for children due to the access issues.

Please note that there are stairs internally, therefore this home is not suitable for those who have restricted mobility.

Well behaved pets are welcomed.
This lovely detached home offers a generous space for groups of up to 8 to unwind after a day of adventures in the Highlands.
We are located on a quiet residential street, just a few minutes walk from Inverness City Centre and a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants and bars.
A parking permit is provided for the duration of your stay.

The Hill Street Haven has a spacious living room and comfortable seating, offering a fantastic space for your group to socialize during their stay. There is also a smart TV, games and books to enjoy.

The separate dining room has a feature fireplace (not operational), large dining room table and mood lighting. To the rear of the house you will find the kitchen with patio doors overlooking the enclosed garden and a breakfast bar offering further seating options. The kitchen has a Nespresso machine and milk frother and is fully equipped, ready to cook up a feast.

On the ground floor there is also a large family bathroom.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 3 are equipped with king-size beds (UK size, 150cm x 200cm) and there is one double bedroom (UK size, 135cm x 190cm).

The master bedroom has an ensuite, and the two other king size rooms have their own sink.

The double bedroom is smaller and is ideal for children.

There is also an additional w/c and separate shower on the upper level.

Our lovely enclosed garden has patio seating for six and a secure place to store bikes, etc.

Please note that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, but the family bathroom is located on the ground floor. There is however an en-suite shower room and separate w/c & shower on the upper floor.

The double bed has one edge against a wall allowing access only from one side. This bed is also low, making it ideal for children but perhaps less suited to older people.
