The space
• A light-filled, newly renovated two-storey apartment with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. It’s airy, fresh and modern while celebrating the Art Deco features from the era of the building
• Four spacious bedrooms with comfortable eco mattresses and quality bed linen
• Two luxurious bathrooms, both completely newly built with unique design features and high-end fixtures
• The downstairs bathroom features a luxuriously large micro cement bath & shower, a uniquely hand carved stone sink & antique brass tapware, while the bathroom upstairs features a spacious shower with stunning travertine stone tiles & luxurious brass tapware.
• A newly built private retreat on the top floor featuring a luxurious ensuite bathroom, yoga or exercise studio, and a spacious balcony with stunning sunset views over Manly Harbour
• Spacious living area with large comfortable lounges. 1 x 3-seater sofa, 1 x 2 seater sofa & 1 x extra large lounge chair.
• Big communal garden with plenty of afternoon sun, a beautiful space to unwind with a glass of wine or for kids to run around
• A well-equipped kitchen featuring high ceilings and skylights, flooding the space with an abundance of natural light
• The modern kitchen features filtered water straight from the tap, a large double-door fridge, dishwasher drawer, coffee machine and a big dining table with room for 8-10
• Side stairs lead up to a separate entrance through the kitchen, opening onto a shared balcony that catches the morning sun—perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire place including a large communal backyard, laundry and parking permit.
• Stairs are required to access the property.
